Room to rent in central Brighton

Room to rent in central Brighton 2 minute walk from Brighton station. 6 months initial rental with a view to extend. Looking for a female tenant.
We have a 1 year old so has to be someone who is happy to share the space with a lovely, generally quiet baby who can sometimes be noisy.
Would definitely suit a young professional or someone who needs to commute on the train for work.
The room is a reasonable size, furnished with a double bed and a desk (if needed). There is also a small court yard garden. We like to keep a tidy home so would like some who is also keen for this.

A bit about me:
I am a very sociable female in her mid 30s with a busy schedule. I am often in and out and have lots of lovely friends in the area. I work Monday to Wednesday as a teacher and spend the rest of the week looking after my baby. Looking for someone I can get on with well and is happy to live in a family home. I also have a little cat called Buttons.
