We have a great, affordable double room that has become available in our cosy ground floor, three bedroom flat, located just a few minutes walk from Brighton Station. We are situated in seven dials and are surrounded by great cafes, independent grocers and pubs.

Our lovely flatmate is moving out, and I am looking to find a great replacement to join us two wonderful housemates and continue on the current tenancy. The move in date is December 8th 2025

The flat is a bright, homely space, with a combined living room / kitchen, plus one bathroom and an additional second toilet room.

Energy bills - Vary (Average £40/ each per month)
Internet - £11.50 each /per month

About us:

We are an easy going bunch from different backgrounds, who work flexible hours, and enjoy hanging out together occasionally, as well as being respectful when it comes to enjoying our own space. We are clean and tidy, which means we do not feel the need to have a cleaning schedule, but each do our own part equally to keep on top of it.

We like to be outdoors in the summer, listening to music, going to gigs and pubs, as well as finding artistic hobbies to keep us occupied in the depths of winter.

About the room:

L - 2.51m x W - 3.04m

Bright, unfurnished room, big enough for a double bed, desk and wardrobe (see pictures for it's current set up). The room is nice and quiet, without any neighbours above and has a large window that allows natural light in all throughout the day.
