Spacious bright room available in 2 bed flat with shared living room, big-ish kitchen, bathroom and garden. Unfurnished but there's a big built in wardrobe. Near big Aldi & Hobbycraft. Easy walk into town or there's easy bus routes too. Permit parking on the street outside (free on weekends).

We would be signing onto a new tenancy together so you will need a guarantor (or be able to pay a year's rent in advance). ☺️

Non-negotiables:
- someone cat-friendly
- no students
- someone clean and tidy
- no couples
- someone responsible who can please communicate openly and respectfully ❤️

Flexible but preferred:
- women/non-binary person age 26+
- vegetarian

I'm a 28 year old editorial assistant, I work from home (my bedroom) with the best co-worker: my lovely cat, Twiglet! I'm clean and tidy (though not meticulously so), chilled, non-judgemental and friendly. I'm an avid charity shop goer; part of Brighton SheChoir; love to watch good (and trashy) TV; crochet wonky cushions; cook vegetarian meals that I'm happy to share; and enjoy afternoons in a cafe with a book and evenings in the pub with a deck of cards.
