Whole flat available 2 weeks per month

Hello,

My job means that I live in my flat for 2 weeks per month and it’s free for the other 2 weeks. I’m looking for somebody who would like to live there during the time I’m not there. It’s a one bed property so we would be flatmates but never be in the flat at the same time.

It’s a cute, cosy space with a balcony and little private garden. It’s a very quiet location but only 12 minutes walk to Brighton station.

It has central heating (new boiler, only 2 years old), brand new washer/dryer, pull-up bar, coffee machine, guitar, yoga mat and access to loft.

You would be expected to clean and leave the flat in a decent state on your departure every 2 weeks. There would be some space for you to leave clothes/food.
