We are looking for a female tenant in our 5 bed all girls house located in Moulsecoomb. (The Avenue) It is a single room £155pw included the bills.
Great location, less than 15mins walk to moulsecoomb campus. There is morrisons daily and premier in 5mins walk away. The bus stop is really close only 3-4 mins away (bus 48,49) You can catch 25 from 10 minutes walk as well if you are sussex student.
The house is a non-smoking house however, we have a nice garden that you can smoke. There are two toilets and one bathroom.
The tenancy ends on 16th of August 2025
Guarantor needed!
Students, graduates and young professionals are welcome.
The bill doesnt include the council tax if you are a professional you have to pay extra for the council tax.
