Female Flatmate Wanted – Two-Bedroom House Near Brighton University

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my two-bedroom house in a quiet area near Fiveways, close to Brighton university. 3 to 6 months.

The available room is a bright and spacious double, fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. You won’t need to bring anything except your clothes and personal items.

I work from home full-time, Monday to Friday, and use the living room during work hours (9 to 5) so a person working/ studying out of home is more suitable.

The house has a well-sized, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a beautiful garden.

There’s also a good-sized bathroom with both a shower and a bath.

A bit about me: I work as a video editor and consider myself quiet, tidy, and organized. I’m very independent and respectful of others but also friendly and easy to get along with.

Bills are included.
