Millennial gal looking for a wine drinking roomie

Hi I’m Emma, 33 just moved to Brighton from London & looking for a housemate to join me in my lovely flat. Less than a 10 min walk from the station, the lanes & beach it’s in a fab location on the edge of Brighton & hove. Price is with bills included. I’m happy to furnish with bed & draws but also open to bringing your own. There is a shared garden area. The room is double & will fit a desk & chest of draws comfortably.
I own the flat but definitely looking for a housemate & someone who thinks of the flat as their home 😀. I’m social & have my own life but would like to live with someone who is up for occasional dinners, film nights etc. I
work in sustainable finance & commute to London a couple of times a week.
