Double room in calm household

We are an introverted but friendly household of professionals aged 29+ who work mostly from home, looking for a like-minded person who wants a home to treat as a restful place. We take care of the home, and like a clean place to come back to.

The room is available from the 23rd of November.

There are 4 bedrooms, a study, shared living room, separate kitchen, downstairs basement/studio, 2 bathrooms, and a small peaceful garden.

Who are we? Saya is a ceramic artist. Violet is a musician. Brianna works in product development and loves to read in her free time.

There is a small garden in the back, where you can smoke, but never inside the house. There is on road parking with a resident permit. We are in Council tax band C.

We would prefer a female or non binary housemate as we are a household of 3 women.

The room is a double on the first floor, with a window facing into the garden, and gets the most sun and is the quiet. It is partly furnished with a chest of drawers, book shelf and clothing rail.

The room is £550 per month, and bills are around £180/month per person.
