Light and cosy room

Short term let, available for a week up to 3 months. Would suit anyone between tenancies or looking for somewhere to stay while they find somewhere more permanent or residencies at the university etc etc. In a flat with private garden, located 20 minutes walk from the beach, the train station and the Brighton Lanes, with a lots of lovely shops and places to eat nearby including an open market.

I'm an open minded, friendly, relaxed person. I'm a videographer/editor and often work from home but also travel for work. I see a lot of live music, play some instruments and like a glass of wine. The flat is big enough for two but not to live anonymously so it would be nice if we got along. I speak fluent Spanish and need to practice so native Spanish speakers get first dibs :-)
