*NB* - there are shelves and clothing rail and drawers but not loads of storage space, so would suit someone transitioning between houses or travelling. This is reflected in the price but v happy to discuss
1 month rent is
all bills included, plus £50 cleaning fee after your stay and £30 if you'd like to rent linen too.
