Room to rent Hannover £850 bills included

A good sized double room to rent in a two bedroom flat located in the Hannover area. On street parking is pay and display with free parking nearby on weekends. The flat has a shared bathroom and kitchen diner.
Bills included - Fibre broadband with basic tv package virgin media.

I am sociable, chilled out, clean and tidy and easy to get along with but enjoy my own space.
I work from home half the time during the week but do enjoy my down time doing the classic turn 30 and start running while enjoying a pain au chocolat on a Sunday morning.

I am looking for a like minded individual that will help maintain the flat and keep it homely.

The initial contract will be a 3 month let with the option to extend if we get on however shorter let’s can be accommodated.
