Single room + shared room

Our dear friend and flatmate has returned to her home country, so we are looking for someone to take her place. The room is on the third floor of a three-story house. The house has five bedrooms, but we are renting out only four. The fifth room is shared between myself, my partner, and one other tenant who is currently leaving the house. If you join us, you would also share this spare room.

The cost of the room is £500, plus £130 for your share of the spare room.

The spare room is not large and isn’t suitable as a living room. We mainly use it for hanging laundry, storing extra items, and occasionally as a guest room for visitors (which happens rarely).

This is not a party house. We enjoy a social life and sometimes have friends over for drinks, but we keep things low-key, with no loud music or big parties. We prefer professionals, ideally working office hours.

We value clean and tidy spaces and appreciate housemates who clean up after themselves, help with household chores, and contribute to maintaining a pleasant, organized home.
