We are looking to let our home for a short period between 30 November - 3 January. We can be flexible with dates if needed.
This house is set over three floors, with 2 double bedrooms (there are 3 rooms, but 1 will be closed), 2 bathrooms and a living area.
We recommend this house for families or couples looking for somewhere not too far from central Brighton, whilst having the space and facilities of a house in an often calmer setting.
The house layout is as follows:
GROUND FLOOR
You will enter the property via the ground floor, which leads into the living / dining space.
Open plan living room with dining area, followed by a kitchen at the back. There is lots of natural light coming in from a large window at the front, and a back-door that leads to the garden. Both the window and the back-door have wooden shutters that can be pulled down.
The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
At the back of the kitchen there is a door leading to a bathroom. The bathroom consists of a bathtub, a separate shower, sink and toilet.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are two bedrooms.
The first bedroom on the right contains a queen-size bed. There is a window that gives onto the garden and this is usually the most quiet room of the house.
The other bedroom on this floor will be locked.
SECOND (TOP) FLOOR
Directly ahead of you at the top of the stairs is a second bathroom, which has a shower unit, sink and toilet.
To the left is a large bedroom with a double bed. Here there are two windows - one facing the back onto the garden and the other from which you can see Brighton city centre and the sea on a clear day.
Please know this is to be let as a whole house, not as individual rooms. It would be suitable for a family looking for temporary accommodation for example.
