Room for Student in family Home with dog

Our kids are both at University so we are looking to rent out my daughter’s room for. January until the end of the academic year. We are a fun, warm and friendly family with a lovely old doggy called Bobbin. We have a lovely newly decorated double room which we will buy a desk for. Ideally looking for a female student but open to other possibilities too. All depends on the person really. We have 2 bathrooms and you can have a cup in the kitchen .
