Hello!
We are looking for someone to move into our lovely, newly renovated home. Tom and I have been here for almost five years with our sausage dog Blue and recently welcomed our little girl just over a year ago in May 2023.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re having to move out to be closer to a relative. We had found two lovely lodgers but alas, one has had to move out last minute so we are urgently looking for someone to replace them from 1st December. We have a lovely female in residence and are looking for a 30yr+ professional to take the principle double bedroom at the front of the house (see floor plan!).
Although we are live out landlords, we will be popping back from time to time and may stay for a night now and then. Please note, we won’t consider people younger than 30, nor couples, sorry.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a working professional who will appreciate, respect, and take care of the home we’ve worked so hard to build. If you’re looking for a calm and spacious house, and somewhere to call home for the next six months - maybe longer - look no further!
YOUR ROOM
The newly carpeted main bedroom spans the width of the house and looks out onto our street. It’s bright and quiet and has a lovely feel with loads of storage. There’s a super king bed, a big full-length floor-standing mirror, and a dressing table, as well as Ikea furniture and open hanging space. We will also provide a mattress protector, sheet, two pillows and a duvet (no duvet cover or pillow covers).
THE HOUSE
You will be able to enjoy the whole house which includes our brand new kitchen dining social space which looks onto the leafy veranda, a cosy sitting room where there’s a log burner, and you can log in to all your TV apps via our Amazon firestick. There is also a good sized freshly decorated main bathroom with a massive bath and separate shower, and one of the bedrooms we’ve set up as an office looking West over the veranda/garden.
LOCATION
We are located in colourful Hanover just outside the hustle and bustle of the city but within a short walk from the train station, Laines and seafront. There’s loads of lovely stuff nearby too - Queen’s Park, an abundance of great pubs all with something different to offer, cafés, coffee vans, The Sussex Pheasant on a Saturday, and yoga/tennis etc.
