Peaceful house close to Downs

Long-term let of at least 6 months available for a double room in my house. The rent includes all bills, including council tax.

The house is located in East Moulsecoomb at the top of a hill, with easy access to the Downs within 5 mins and nearby woodland. It has a large living/dining room, large kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath/shower, and a lovely front and back garden with a lawn and decking. There is an attic for storage if needed.

I'm looking for someone relaxed to live with who is happy in a social but mellow environment! 😎 I am planning to get a cat so you must be kitty friendly. 😻

Currently, 1 furnished room is available in the house:

* Larger double (2.90 x 3.38 m) at the front of the house, with a great view over the valley to Wild Park.

Transport

* 15 min cycle to Brighton city centre
* 25-30 min by bus (49 nearby or 23/25/28/29 from Lewes Road)
* 7 min cycle / 20 min walk to Moulsecoomb train station
* Easy access by car to Lewes Road and A27, unrestricted parking (except on event days
* Close to Brighton and Sussex Universities

About me

I am 41, male, university lecturer and otherwise love to play music (acoustic guitar, or bass guitar with headphones), sing, dance, spend time in nature, read and generally chill. I practice Zen Buddhism and am a vegetarian. 😊
