2 rooms in 3 bed house in very central Brighton

Looking for 2 people to join in a 3 bed house, very central Brighton ( less than 5 minutes from Churchill square) £600pcm each pre bills, move in around 8th December! Photos are slightly old as has been repainted since then, but otherwise great house. Large modern bathroom worth separate bath and shower. Balcony space on top floor with good view over most buildings. Two of us are having to leave due to personal issues between household members, but should not be a factor for any new tenants:)
