Double room Preston Park/Fiveways (lodger wanted)

Double room available in comfortable Victorian house in Brighton, Fiveways area. Quiet residential road with mostly families. 2 mins to Preston park, 5 mins to Blakers park. Choice of buses that take you into town but also walkable. Preston Park train station also close by. House has west facing garden and terrace with lovely views.

Live-in landlady with 10 years experience of having a lodger. Previous lodger has moved on, now looking for right person to take vacant room! Preference for female who's working, good communicator, who is happy to live a bit socially but also values their own space. Will consider male if right fit.

The room itself is a cosy downstairs bedroom (currently single bed but can be switched to double). Offers good level of privacy as situated on lowest of 3 floors. Not quite en-suite but you'll have access to your own private bathroom 3 feet away. Downstairs laundry room available with area to dry clothes. Lodger has their personal fridge in kitchen.

The house itself is generally quiet but expect occasional friends/visitors. Ideal for working professional who has experience living socially and happy to chat sometimes but also values private space and doing your own thing.
