Leaving my room in a lovely girlie 3 bed flat, very central right at the bottom of lewes road, really close to London road and Brighton station.
The flat itself is big and well insulated, and doesn’t get damp easily, a godsend in the winter, with a big kitchen/living room area.
The two other flatmates are the lovely Katie and the lovely Charlotte. Katie works in healthcare and Charlotte works in film, it’s a kind and sociable flat, we often watch films and tv together and want the flat to stay a comfortable safe space for everyone here.
The room is very cosy, there’s a skylight and light comes in during the day, lots of space for furniture. The skylight has been newly replaced this year and is really good at keeping the cold and noise out and cool in the summer. It’s unfurnished but I might be able to leave one of the chest of drawers if required.
With bills it comes to around £650 including council tax (band C) and we’re with Oakley who are very responsive and do fix things when they’re broken.
I’ll be leaving in Jan 12th (would be able to move out a bit earlier) but need to alert the estate agents in before December 12th.
