Room to rent in professional LGBTQ household

A room to rent in an LGBTQ household, two cats, one humans currently reside. Easy going, quiet house with garden. all bills included and a few amenitys like broadband and toothpaste and shampoo, etc...generally looking for a professional down to earth person and not a party animal, long gone are my 'out all night' evenings! No drugs, no smoking in the property but can smoke out front or in garden please. Room has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a desk as well as Underbed storage. I work from home so viewing are generally available whenever.
