Beautiful 2 double bedroom flat

Hello SpareRoomers,

My beautiful flat is available to let from next month but due to personal reasons I can no longer live there but I am a Brighton local so will be available & on hand to help during your time there.

There photos were taking straight after the renovation so it’s no longer box fresh but, the place still looks lovely. The rooms have all been rearranged now too.

It comes furnished, of course some of the smaller items can be removed but generally I’d like to keep most of the contents in there, if possible.

The single beds in the downstairs bedroom can also be placed together to make one but if you are a couple, it works well for having visitors over.

For me, the priority is finding honest & trustworthy people who will enjoy making this flat home and make the most of the available space.

Brighton station is a 20 minute walk, lots of transport links from Lewes Road in and around town, close to a large Sainsbury’s or 12-15 mins walk to Aldi. .

The price listed includes council tax, we can discuss an all bills included price too based upon fair usage of gas/electricity.
