Sunset Attic Room in Friendly Hanover House

Our very lovely housemate of 5 years is moving on to new pastures so we are looking for someone equally as lovely to take over his amazing sunset attic room in our spacious and homely Hanover House! Is that you?😊

We are 3 kind, professional, creative people and we would love someone similar, easy going, friendly and with a good vibe!

We’d love a non-smoker and preferably veggie/vegan although currently only one of us is completely veggie.

We appreciate eating well, focusing our physical and emotional health as well as our creativity, but gotta say we also love a good takeaway too!

These days we are not a ‘party’ house ( been there and done that with bells on!) but saying that, when we do occasionally have one its pretty epic!

Oh and you must love animals 🐾as we have a gorgeous, calm and well behaved little dog who is very much part of the house (sorry, definitely no to any more pets though! )

It would be brilliant to find a professional person mid 30’s upward (preferably who doesn’t work from home) and someone who wants somewhere long term- minimum of a year.
It really is a special place and very much a ‘home’ to us and hopefully will be for you too!

In terms of house culture, we all do our own thing but get on well together, cook together sometimes and share a glass of wine or 2 and watch a good film! So we would love our new housemate to be just as independent with their own thing going on but also want to connect with us and be a proper part of our homely home.

So, if the above resonates and like us you also appreciate living in a clean space and are genuinely happy to tidy up after yourself and be helpful around the house, then this could be an amazing new home for you.

It’s also worth mentioning that it’s a real gem of a community here in the Hanover area of Brighton and the house is spacious with a great wee garden too!
The location is central and it’s only a 15 min walk from beach and train station.

Rent and bills is £642.50 per calendar month but bear in mind this could increase a little over winter months. We have a lovely landlord too who has kindly kept the rent reasonable for us over the years. Deposit £500.
The room comes mostly unfurnished although there is a built in set of chest of drawers and the king size bed can be included ( very good condition) Its a really good size and has gorgeous sunset views! Please note we don’t have space in the rest of the house for anymore stuff☺️
