Double room in north lanes

Our dear friend and flatmate will soon return to her home country, so we are looking for someone to take her place.

We have a good-sized double room available in our flat for £630, all bills included. Additionally, you will have access to a spare room that is shared between myself, my partner, and you.
The spare room is currently used for storage and as a guest room (we’ve only hosted parents once this year), but we’re happy to reorganize it to better suit shared use.
Both the spare room and your bedroom are on the third floor, so essentially, the entire third floor will be just for you.
The flat is currently home to me, 39, a UX designer, and my partner, 29, a software developer. We’re also welcoming a new flatmate, 27, who works in HR. If you’re a professional as well, you could be a great fit.


This is not a party house. While we enjoy a social life and occasionally have friends over for drinks, we keep things low-key with no loud music or big parties.
We prefer professionals, ideally working office hours.


We value clean and tidy spaces and appreciate housemates who clean up after themselves, help with household chores, and contribute to maintaining a pleasant, organized home.


Our current flatmate is leaving on December 3rd but is happy to move out earlier (December 1st). You’d be able to move in any time before December 15th or after December 28th, as we’ll be away on holiday. We’re aiming to rent the room by January 1st.
