1 double room flat share

I am a 23 year old professional, who works full time in Brighton who needs a flat mate ages 20-28. I live right next to the lanes in central Brighton and would need someone to move in early December ideally but can be a lil later. It is 750 plus bills (around 950 in total). I play the bass guitar and enjoy doing art etc.

I am looking for a clean flatmate as it is just a flat share with myself. I usually keep to myself but I enjoy having friends over and going out on the weekends. It would be lovely to have someone willing to be friends but I am also happy if it is just a little hello in the corridor haha! I do not mind smokers, and I am happy to have pets if the landlord accepts, I am just asking for cleanliness and friendliness :)

I took the pictures in the evening and used some from the letting agency so they look dark but, the flat gets tons of natural light in. Again, it is extremely central, 10 minutes to the station and less than a 5 minute walk to North Street, with Sydney street and Kensington gardens on your front door step. The flat is unfurnished apart from my belongings but, has utilities such as a washing machine, fridge etc.

Shared bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

I am with Brand Vaughan letting agency so everything would need to be done through them.
