Large double room in new homely flat

The room in question (bedroom 2 on floor plan) has a large double bed, mirrored wardrobe/closet space, dresser and bedside table (TV and other items not included). The bathroom is shared between 2 and has a bath/shower.

The flat is a very well located new development, close to Aldi/Sainsbury's/Coop, the station and all of the London road shops. Council tax band E. We moved in here March 2024 as the first tenants and have really enjoyed living here so far. There is 24/7 security/concierge, an onsite gym, roof terrace, communal area and maintenance team all at no extra cost. It's an open plan living space equipped with an induction hob, oven, decently sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table, sofa, rug and TV. Storage space is sufficient for 3 people but we are free to add more furniture if we did need more.

It would be great to have someone who would treat this like a home. We are often in the flat, and usually have a TV show we are watching together, but equally we like our own spaces and respect each others' independence. Both of us like to keep active through various activities (bouldering, tennis, swimming, gym, dance, volleyball) and love exploring what Brighton has to offer with things like gigs, food spots and other events.
