I’m looking for a new housemate to share a lovely space in the heart of North Laine, Brighton!

About the Room:

• Ground floor, unfurnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe
• Private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower

About the House:

• Semi-furnished kitchen for shared use. The kitchen will only have the sofa and dining table when you move in but we can decorate it together and make it into a home!
• Council Tax Band D
• Monthly bills (including council tax) come to around £150 in the summer and £200 in the winter
• This house has truly become my home over the past year, and I’m hoping to find someone who will feel the same

I work five days a week and love to relax with friends at cafes and pubs over the weekends. I’m vegetarian, but I’m completely flexible with your dietary choices.
