Due to unforseen circumstances I have had to move out and am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP.
The room: contains a double bed and is furnished.
The house: 4 bed 1 bath with a shared kitchen and living area and a small garden space.
Location: Elm Grove. A quiet street with families and other student houses that is a 1 minute walk to bus stops where you can catch the 23, 25, or 701 to univetsity campus.
The tenants: 3 women all university of sussex students in their 2nd and 3rd years.
