2 double bedrooms from Mid January - Brighton

Looking for two housemates for mid January!
Myself (23, She/Her) and my housemate (24, She/Her) have two rooms opening up in our house! We are looking for some folks to take over a current lease that goes until September 2025! We are two recent graduates now working in the service industry and are looking to live with other professionals or folks in higher education.

The house is north of the Level, in the Lewes Road area. Rent is £600 a month (£150 a week) not including bills. The two available rooms are unfurnished. Every common space is fully furnished. The house includes a lounge and a garden. There is one bathroom.

Accessibility: The house is a 2 min walk from most major bus routes, and a 15 min walk to London Road Station. We have ready access to shops on Lewes Road and are not too far from London Road amenities. There are three steps leading to the front door. The common areas, toilet and garden are on the lower floor of the house and are only accessible by a staircase.

Though we do enjoy a night out from time to time, we prefer to host things like movie and game nights and group dinners. We love hosting friends and having a social home! We are looking for likeminded housemates who prioritize a clean environment and who are committed to making this space feel safe and homely.
