Furniture includes: washing machine, fridge, 2 seater sofa, bed, mattress, side tables, kettle and toaster. £1600 includes all bills and wifi. Deposit is 1 months rent, and to be safe on both sides, a written agreement. The flat is on the market for sale, so for any viewings I would always give advance notice.
