3 month let available in three bed houseshare

Double room sublet in a spacious, beautiful home in Kemptown available for around three months- all bills included. It's available from mid of January to middle of April, but I can be a bit flexible with dates, main thing is it's a right fit for the housemates. Could hopefully be an ideal temporary arrangement for someone.

The house is really homely, bright and welcoming and we're looking for someone who'll treat it like home. It's based near the hospital in Kemptown, so great location, only 5 minutes from the beach and one minute from a little woods. It has a big lounge with an open fireplace, separate kitchen, big garden, and some garage space.

You'll share the house with two friendly women in their early thirties. They are very chill and easy to get on with. One teaches at Sussex University and is a part-time DJ (she's quiet and respectful!), the other works on habitat regeneration for Sussex wildlife trust and likes salsa, samba, bjj and all things outdoors. They'll sometimes eat and socialised but independent and respectful of each other's space.
