Flatmate wanted for student+young professionl flat

We're looking for a replacement flatmate, to keep our good-value flat just off of Lewes Rd. near The Level, as our current flatmate has bought her own property.

We're one Ph. D. student and one scientific researcher, both guys, looking for a chill flatmate to move in in ASAP (with some flexibility). We both have girlfriends, so there's mixed-gender company popping around!

Chill vibes, friends/girlfriends pop over here and there, but we don't have crazy parties going on. Bonus points if you're friendly/chatty and not crazy.

It's a top-floor flat with a big open plan kitchen/living room, which acts as a shared space for hanging out/watching TV/playing games. The communal space has sofas, a coffee table, etc., as well as kitchen essentials.

The advertised room has space for a double bed and furniture, or a single bed for a more spacious arrangement. The room is unfurnished. The room uses a bathroom shared with one other flatmate, which includes a shower/bath, toilet, and sink.

The council tax band is A, which keeps things relatively cheap. Apologies that it's a bit of a last minute ad, our flatmate had a change in work situation shortly before contract renewal. We'll be adding more details and pics to the ad as soon as we can. Currently we just have video footage of the room when it's empty, we'll upload some stills once the current tenant has cleared some of his things.
