Sunny room in friendly Hanover, Central Brighton

I am looking for a friendly, fun, easy going female to share my lovely 3-storey Hanover home with myself & my cat (who has been on TV,) (I have had bad experiences with sharing with guys before.)
I have a small garden where I grow some herbs & salad that has the occasional fox and squirrel visiting. The area has Residents Parking.

The room is a medium sized that fits a double bed easily. It has a fitted clothes rail, an alcove full of shelves and a long shelf for books over the door – plenty of storage. There is also space in the loft for you. The room is newly painted and has lovely sunset views – the best views in the house.

The house is at the bottom of Hanover hill in Central Brighton, with pubs & cafes all around. I am 5 minutes walk from London Rd shops and closer to the Lewes Rd shops & bus-stops to the Universities.
I am 15minutes walk from the seafront.

I have had many lodgers & I like them to feel it’s a houseshare & a home. with its large shared lounge, kitchen & bathroom. I enjoy going to gigs, comedy, live events, pub quiz, film, maybe a club or a festival. I go the gym every day & do yoga to keep myself fit.
