The room is filled with light in the morning.

Separate kitchen with hob, sink, fridge and air fryer or oven (depending on tenant preference.) The kitchen leads out into a small private courtyard.

Bathroom with walk in shower, with large shower head.

Entrance lobby with washing machine, which tenant has sole use of.

The studio flat has just been renovated using non toxic Earth Claypaint and Ecos floor wax.

The studio has it’s own entrance but is attached to our house and is separated by a locked fireproof door.

We are a noisy household with a dog, and we’re up early and go to bed early. So the flat would suit an early riser who keeps the same hours as us.

We can show people round on Friday 27th December and then from 2nd January.
