Hanover House

We have a room available in our Hanover House from January 25. We’re a house of 5 altogether and we’re looking for a housemate who’s chilled, clean and friendly. We’re not a huge party house but definitely like to hang out and occasionally have social drinks together. A bit about us, Emese is 27yo, Hungarian occupational therapist, Brooke is a 26yo and works in hospitality, Steph is a 28yo artist/ illustrator from Bulgaria and Marine is 26yo, French and works in hospitality. Everyone is super lovely and all round good vibes.

It’s a great location in Hanover- close to the level, the laines, supermarkets, 20 mins walk to the beach. There are a bunch of pubs just around the corner and also corner shops nearby.

There is a small garden which is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon, great for BBQs and chilling in the sunshine! We have a shared living room area, kitchen, two bathrooms with toilets, one with a shower and one with shower/bath.
The 2 rooms available are both descent sizes and are both unfurnished.

Rent + Bills (including council tax) is £620 per month.
There is permit on street parking available in zone V.
