Hello!
We have a lovely 4 bedroom house in Brighton North Lanes and are looking for another person to move in. The house is just down from Brighton station so great location and near some nice pubs and cafes!
We are looking for a working professional- someone who's chilled but also respectful and tidy. Currently in the house is Aidan (36), Katie (27), & Jonno (28), and we would love to find someone that has a nice balance between living independently, but open to creating a wholesome community vibe in the house. Between us we are music lovers, cooking enthusiasts, gig attendees, gamers, film fans & runners so plenty of hobbies to relate to and get involved in!
For full transparency, you’ll be living with a super chill couple (Katie and Jonno) who keep things chill and drama free on the top floor of the house. We enjoy a peaceful, respectful environment and are looking for someone who appreciates the same vibe that might want to hang out from time to time.
The room is spacious and can fit a double bed, desk, wardrobe, set of drawers etc and still have some floor space. It also faces away from the street so is nice and quiet at night. Whether you’re into quiet nights or just need a calm space to recharge, you’ll feel right at home here!
The house has a lovely open plan kitchen and living room with a corner sofa, we have a back room with washer and dryer and more storage space and a little outdoor yard so good for storing bikes! As well as this, we’ve recently had our balcony restored so this will be lovely to use in the summer.
If this sounds like you please get in touch asap! The room is available from 4th November. We just need to sort the paper work with the landlord as soon as possible.
Viewings will generally be in the evening 5:30pm onwards. To apply get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself, what you do for work, hobbies, music etc. Bills are roughly £125pcm and there will be a deposit payable to the estate agency as well.
