Double Room in shared home

I have a medium sized double room available in my home. I am looking for someone who likes dogs as I have two of them! I work full time, at home and in the office. Home for me is a haven for downtime. I am sociable and enjoy dinners, and I have a close group of friends, but my party days are over. There is permit parking available, a south facing garden and a large sitting room. I like home to be clean and cared for. Probably good to know that I’m an early riser as I take the dogs out around 7 most mornings for at least an hour. I’m looking for someone who works or studies and who also enjoys a peaceful home, conversation and their own space.
