We are looking for a special someone to join us in a house share. Would suit an independent person who has a love of the arts. Must have and an appreciation of their living environment Namaste. Room comes fully furnished , bedding available if required. Galley kitchen fully equipped. Utility room fully equipped washing machine fridges drying facilities. Communal private garden to the rear. Central heating, hot water, bath and power shower. Second loo next to bedrooms. Communal lounge area. We have a cat in residence. We are friendly and make time to have valued conversation with each other. We do not encourage staying solely in rooms, we interact in a caring and friendly manner.
The house is close to a beautiful park and amazing sea views just minutes away near the racecourse.
Beach and city are in walking distance, all bus routes including university bus are 200 m away. We welcome students studying from abroad and are avid travellers, people of mixed cultural background welcome. This is a safe house, landlord DBS cert. Can verify one other as long term resident with excellent history of living in property. This is a preferably a long let of 12 months or longer. Rent includes all bills.
