Rent is £628.29 a month and bills are approx £35. Council tax is £33.40 a month (only to pay if you’re not a student though!).

Holding deposit is £100 which will go towards your first months rent and damage deposit is £700.

I share the property with 6 lovely girls - 4 are professionals and 2 are studying for their masters.
