August 2025 will be my 4th year living in this house. My housemates and I have transformed it into an amazing place to live. While they are graduating and moving out, I'm looking to stay for up to another year while I look for work.

Open floor plan, gas oven and hob, washing machine, dryer, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, TV with Chromecast and good speakers, nice garden with a nice view looking over to the hills of Wild Park. Good insulation, nice and warm in the winter.

I'm a big people person and a Master's graduate in Mechanical Engineering. I'm into music, film photography, vinyls. I play the piano and guitar (at reasonable hours). I often play music on the speakers in the kitchen and in my room - usually quite ambient and easy listening. The speakers are open for everyone to use and of course please let me know if you want me to turn it down :). I clean regularly and take good care of the public spaces. All I will ask is that you clean up after yourself!
