Lovely En-suite double room in Brighton home

I have a lovely double en-suite room in my home available during university term time for monthly rental (when my son is at university). I am also happy to discuss renting shorter term eg for a week.
My house (council tax band D) is in a quiet area of Brighton with easy bus access to central Brighton and free on-street parking. The house is light and modern, with lovely views over the south downs.
I live at the house, I am a university lecturer and sometimes work from home but will also sometimes be away staying in London.
You have use of the kitchen and garden at all times and the lounge area (it is an open plan kitchen/lounge) when I am not there. No guests allowed at the house.
I am looking for a flatmate (female or male) who is quiet, tidy and will be respectful of my home. Students and all people are welcome, so long as you have references.
