Double Room to Rent Central Brighton

One small double to rent in a friendly house share in the Lewes Road area.
We are three professionals in our mid 20s - 30s in a four bed house share. We are looking for a similarly aged relaxed friendly professional housemate to join us.

We each enjoy different activities, and we also hang out together for various occasions like christmas/birthdays, occasional drinks in the pub and so on, but equally this is not a party house and we all have our own lives.

We would like to live with someone who is sociable, friendly and respectful. No smoking in the house but smoking in the garden is ok.

The house has good sized shared kitchen, living room and garden

Rent is a 385, bills are paid separately and come to approximately £100 per month. Deposit is £100. There's no agency, the landlord is reasonable and responsive if things need sorting
