Summer Short term let, double room

We're two teachers looking for a responsible person to rent a double room in our house for a short period.

Initially we will be in residence too, but then we will be away for most of August. It would suit a professional looking to move to Brighton whilst looking for somewhere more permanent; someone between tenancies; someone about to start at one of the universities in the autumn, or working at the Royal Sussex Hospital. The maximum rental period is 2 months up to the middle of September.

You will have your own toilet & shower room. There are two living room areas, a new kitchen and a garden. WiFi & all bills included. A cleaner comes once a week to hoover everywhere & clean the bathrooms & kitchen. You would be expected to give her access to your room to hoover.

The house is close to a large park and the Royal Sussex hospital, with good transport links (4 bus routes) to everywhere else in the city. It is a 10 mins walk from the sea and a 20 mins walk into the city centre.

We're looking for someone who will treat our house with care while we're away, and who shares our interests so we can enjoy each other's company while we're here.
