2 Students for City Centre Brighton HMO

We re looking for two students to join a house of 3 existing students, A double room that will be available from the 25th January 2025 and a single room that is available from the 31st January 2025.
The rooms are available until the 11th August 2025.
There is a bills package in place with Fused that includes Gas, electric, water and broadband, this is an additional cost.
Each room, has bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror. There is a garden and a kitchen / lounge that includes gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.. There are two sofas.
For full time students you can get a 100% rebate on council, otherwise it is a Band D property
