Nice room in Roundhill

Small but comfy furnished double room in the Roundhill area of Brighton, which is only a 15minute walk from the Laines and station.
It is a quaint old Victorian period home, nicely appointed and decorated with all modern amenities. The bathroom is spacious, with great views, and the house has a reasonably compact, but not tiny, open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
There is a small back garden with a view of the sea and Hanover hill. I have lived there happily for many years, but my family have moved on, my son may stay there for a short while when he gets back from travelling. I occasionally have visitors and guests and and I consider myself to be quite sociable. I like listening to, and playing music. I am creative with a broad knowledge of arts and a bit of science; left-leaning with a green tinge politically so xenophobic bigots need not apply.. Ideally you would be a young professional, or mature student that does not spend all their time indoors. (no homeworkers please). Being clean and tidy is imperative and I am not keen on smokers, though many of my friends politely smoke out in the garden, if absolutely necessary. If you are interesting and good company, but not overly chatty,. then I am sure that we will get on just fine.
