Double room with balcony in Hanover

As I am moving out in February, my lovely housemates Ben and Toby are looking for someone to occupy the third bedroom and become their housemate!

This is a double bedroom that can come furnished (double bed and bedding, desk, chest of drawers) or unfurnished as preferred. In the property there is a large shared kitchen with table and laundry machine, a shared bathroom with bathtub, and a small living room with access to a spacious balcony. There is also a separate toilet on the second floor where the bedroom in question is situated.

The room itself has access to its own small balcony, and looks out to the East which means early morning sunlight! Bills are not included and are council tax (band E) of £48.33 and gas/water/electricity of about £50 a month.

Ben and Toby are kind, open, and social people with very much their own things going on. They enjoy hanging out together to share food, watch a movie, and occasionally have a gig or a night out.

Hanover is a calm residential area with bustling community. Queen's Park is just around the corner, as well as a few cute cafes. There are multiple buses leaving for town around the corner, otherwise the center is about a 20 minute walk away.
