I am looking for a female, non-binary or queer individual to take over my tenancy from January 31st-August 31st 2025. This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with an open plan kitchen/living room area located around 3 minutes from The Level and 10 minutes from Brighton Seafront. You will be living with 3 female third year students at Sussex University however we are accepting both student and non student applications. The rent is £580 a month and we have already set up bill packages totalling to £83 a month. The house is located along a quiet road with easy going neighbours and a corner shop conveniently located at the end of the road (great for your midnight snacks).
