Hiya! My housemates Sophia, Alice and I are looking for another person to join us in our gorgeous flat as our lovely housemate is sadly leaving. We have lived here for 3 years already and are looking to stay for another.
The location of the flat is ideal, located a 30 second walk from Preston Park station and close to Preston Park and a Sainsbury’s local.
There is also driveway space available as well as permitted on street parking.
The flat has a large living room and spacious kitchen, including all of the necessary amenities (fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster etc).
The room available is a double-bedroom and is unfurnished. The space is a great size, with a big window and a lot of natural light as it is south facing! The room also comes with some wardrobe space upstairs.
The rent is £525 per month and bills are not included. Additional costs include council tax, water, gas/electricity and Wifi, which totals approx £150 per month, so £675 total.
The deposit required will be £605.
Existing flatmates are aged 25-27 and enjoy spending time together but also respectful of space and happy to hang out separately.
Our interests in the flat include fitness, running, baking, reading, crafts and travelling. Sadly no pets are allowed as per the tenancy agreement.
Move in date is the 1 March 😊
