Although we are not allowed to own pets in the flat, we do have the neighbours cat often come visit through the window for treats and cuddles.
Looking for a chilled, tidy and respectable professional housemate, guy or girl.
The flat has an open plan kitchen with a tall spacious fridge, electric stove/oven and is furnished with our own furniture (living room TV, 2 sofas, 1 dining table, microwave, washing machine, rug, pictures etc.), so we're looking for someone to take care with everything like their own. The flat also comes with a communal garden.
The room itself is unfurnished (however the current tenant is happy to sell their furniture at a good price.)
