The property has a large newly build kitchen great for cooking your favourite meals with ease. opposite is a dining & living room area that can be used. There is a bifold door leading to a decked garden, with garden sofa & table, overlooking a large pond & water fall. Lovely summers in the garden with views of the South Downs.

🚍 Great location: bus stop (1 & X1) just 1 min walk, Co-op, Morrison , Mile Oak Cafe and post office nearby, plenty of takeaways, and Mile Oak Farm only 10 mins walk away.

💻 Occasional WFH is welcome. For full-time remote working, a small contribution (£50–£70) towards utilities applies.

👩‍💻 A bit about me & the household I wfh 3 days a week & go to the office 2 days a week. So most of the time you’ll see me behind a laptop! My husband spends a lot of his time at our allotment he loves to grow his own vegetables so will come home in the harvest season with lots of vegetables & herbs to share with all. If you like that sort of thing he can offer you a quarter of his plot to do what you wish with it of course following allotment rules😊
🎓A have a 23 year old son at university in London we only see him in the holidays. He still has a good 3 years left to finish.

🕺🏼🚕We have a 23 year old friend/lodger living in the room next door on the first floor. He will be the only one sharing the bathroom. Keeps himself to himself he’s very clean & tidy. He’s an Uber driver so is out a lot of the time working.

🅿️ If you have a car the road has free parking along with the surrounding roads so never an issue.
