Fully modern with Bosch oven Neff induction 4 ring hob, microwave, 2 x fridges and separate freezer. All really clean and tidy standards + recycle bins etc. (empty onto street large communal black bins )

Shared use with plants and modern tech facilities. TV/ stereo etc. I also have a log burner which is great for the winter months and saves on E+G bills.

A professional looking for a quiet grown-up home environment with their own independence and with a positive energy. Standard requirements + 1 month refundable deposit. I include some bills but not all. I'm here 50% ish of the time as away working etc.
